Meet Our Team
Michael Isabella joined St. Mary Health Care Center Staff as the Administrator in 2010. He previously worked as an Administrator in Healthcare for over 33 years. He graduated from Providence College with Bachelors of Science Degree and continued on to earn his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Known for his attention to detail, he has led St. Mary to becoming a national award-winning health care facility. When he is not working to improve resident’s quality of care, he can be found golfing or working on his home.

Director of Admissions
Edie Nelson is the Director of Admissions here at St. Mary since 2010 bringing with her over 25 years of experience in long term care. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has certifications in various fields such as End of Life Care, Gerontology, Human Resources, and Vet Assisting. She is well-rounded and is known for her passion in understanding families and their loved ones’ needs. Her expertise is in creating a warm, comforting, and relaxed transition for families and residents to St. Mary. When Edie isn’t checking in with family members she can be found entertaining guests with Harry Connick Jr. music and home cooked meals straight from the Food Network Channel.
Roland White is the Clinical Coordinator for the 5th Floor residents. He joined the St. Mary's family in 1997 and has been a continuing support for resident rights and palliative care. He graduated from Quinsigamond Community College, and continued his passion for healthcare by attending Worcester Technical Institute for Practical Nursing. Roland is known for using his humor to balance the seriousness of his work with the enjoyment of his residents. When he isn’t entertaining his residents he can be found working on home renovations projects with his two dogs, Niko and Besos.
LeeAnn joined our team in mid 2016 as the Clinical Coordinator for the 4th Floor Unit. She graduated from Worcester Technical Institute with her LPN degree and has not looked back. Her humor and outgoing personality allow her to bring much needed joy to our resident throughout the day. You can find her 4th floor unit singing her favorite song "She", by Elvis Castello, to her residents.
Louise Earley is the Clinical Coordinator for the 3rd Floor Alzheimer’s Unit. She joined St. Mary’s team in 2007 as a supervisor working her way to her current position as a strong asset to the residents on the floor. She earned her LPN degree at Quinsigamond Community College. She is known for her friendly disposition in handling all situations while striving for positive outcomes for her residents. Louise is a fun loving grandmother who enjoys spending her free time smooching her grandkids.
Director of Clinical Information Systems
Pablo Murillo is the Director of Clinical Information Systems and has returned to St. Mary after first joining in 2005 when he was an intern. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems- Programming at Quinsigamond Community College. Pablo is known for his gentle approach towards residents and staff and his ability to quickly assist in technology related mishaps. When he isn't troubleshooting, you can find him meddling around salt water reef aquariums. Stop by to see his office tank!
Business Office Manager
Michele Flamand is the Business Office Manager and has been part of the St. Mary Family since 1992. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Education at Worcester State University. Michele has over 20 years of knowledge in finance and billing. She is known for her work ethics and willingness to assist family members with billing questions. When she isn't balancing the books, you can find Michele with her two children Brandon and Hailey soaking in the sun.

Director of Social Services
Carol Morey joined the St. Mary Health Care Center family in 2008 as the Director of Social Service . She graduated from UMASS Amherst with a Bachelors of Science Degree and has over 25 years of experience. She is known for her commitment for making sure Residents and their family members are at ease the moment they step into our home. When Carol isn't assisting Residents, you can find her outdoors biking, skiing, and kyacking.
ADON / Director of Staff Development
Deborah Tata is our new ADON/ SDC person for our facility. She has been part of St. Mary’s since 2011. She graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Her priority is being a Resident Advocate to ensure the best care for your loved ones. It is important for her to maintain a comforting and engaging environment for both her Residents and Staff. While she's not in black scrubs, you can find her assisting with local & national animal rescues. You may also find her Pug Pixie prancing St. Mary halls and cuddling up to Residents for some much needed TLC.
Directors of Recreational Therapy
Sandy Geller recently joined the St. Mary Health Care Center Staff with over 32 years of experience as the Director of Recreational Therapy. She graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors of Science Degree and continued on to earn her Master’s Degree at Florida State University. Known for her passion to learn from Residents who teach her the importance of faith and friendship, she believes in supporting Residents as active and caring members of the larger community. When Sandy isn’t prepping for Resident parties, she can be found planting in her garden with her cat Blackie.
Stephenie Jackson is the Director of Recreational Therapy on the Special Care Unit and has been in this field for over 13 years. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner who earned her Associates Degree at Quinsigamond Community College. She is known for her passion in making Residents laugh and interact with others. She strives to educate others to look past the diseases and focus on the Resident as a unique individual. Her love for teaching Alzheimer's classes enables St. Mary Staff to better care for Residents with dementia and cognitive impairment. When she isn't spreading her contagious laugh you can find her chasing her two toddlers around a park.
Director of Rehabilitation
Ismael Espino - "Ish"
Ismael joined our team towards the end of 2016 as the Director of Rehab with well over 15 years of experience in his field. He graduated from the University of Hartford specializing in geriatrics and is now pursuing his passion for healing here at St. Mary. He has a calming yet cheerful demeanor about him makes our residents feel at home. When he is not healing our residents you can catch him at the football field with his 3 beautiful kids, and dog Jake.
Food Service Manager
Richard Aldrich is the Food Service Manager at St. Mary Health Care since 2003. He graduated from Worcester State College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is a Sergeant First Class and has been in the U.S Army since 1984. He strives to serve our Residents with wholesome meals everyday and is recognized for his passion to cater to individual preferences. Not only does he give back to his country but he gives back to the community through various fundraising efforts and food drives. When the apron is off, you can find him taking his kids to the movies for some laughs and giggles.
